The common areas offer the premier conditions for balls, ribbon celebrations, weddings, big corporate celebrations as well as celebrations of important life anniversaries, receptions, banquets and the like, while we are able to provide complete events and wedding services. The maximum capacity for using the social center, day bar, night bar, restaurant and 3 parquet floors (social halls, night bar, banquet and restaurant) is up to 600 people according to the client's requirements. In the summer months there is a terrace with a children's playground and a summer bar. Of course there is excellent cuisine, pleasant service, parking in front of the hotel and Wifi connection throughout the hotel complex.

The hotel's communal areas are equipped with a large soundproofed parquet floor with light effects. The pleasant atmosphere is also inspired by a number of spot and ultraviolet lights. The strength of Dixon's Downtown Social Center is the logistics of spending food so that the client is served with a tasty and warm meal in a very short time.
